Terms

GenevAI provides digital maturity audits, automation projects and a monthly retainer.

The services are described on the home page, with their fixed price.

Prices are stated in Swiss francs (CHF).

Payment is by card through Stripe. Each milestone is invoiced on accepted delivery.

VAT not applicable.

The digital maturity audit costs CHF 890.

The roadmap is delivered within 10 working days of receiving your mapping at the latest.

The amount is fully credited against the first milestone of a pilot project signed within 60 days of the roadmap handover.

The audit is refunded on simple request as long as your mapping has not been submitted.

Every invoiced milestone that is not delivered is refunded.

The monthly retainer can be cancelled until the last day of the current month.

Refunds are paid to the original card within 14 days.

Every project is framed by an agreement stating the scope in days and the milestones.

Any out-of-scope request becomes a change order accepted by both parties.

Nothing is sent to your clients without your approval.

Your documents are encrypted on arrival and every access is written to the log.

Everything is deleted 30 days after the end of the engagement.
